2023-2024 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında “Türkiye Burslusu” statüsünde yerleşen adayların kayıtları 20.08.2023-10.09.2023 tarihleri arasında başlayacaktır. Kayıt için gerekli evraklar aşağıda belirtilmiştir. Lisans öğrencilerinin kayıtları Mimar Sinan Yerleşkesi Dış İlişkiler Ofisinde yapılacaktır.
Belirtilen evraklardan zorunlu olan belgelerle kayıt yapılacak olup zorunlu belgelerin eksik olması halinde kayıt yapılmayacaktır. Zorunlu olmayan belgelerin bir yada birkaçının eksik olması durumunda şartlı olarak kayıt işlemi yapılacaktır. Şartlı kayıt olanlar eksik olan belgelerini taahhüt ettiği sürede getirmesi gerekmektedir.
TÜRKİYE BURSLARI ÖĞRENCİLERİNDEN KAYIT İÇİN İSTENEN BELGELER
-Lise Diploması Aslı ve Fotokopisi: Mezun olduğunuz okuldan aldığınız diplomanız. Mezuniyet Belgesi ile kayıt yapılmayacaktır. Ancak istisnai durumlarda; mezun olunan okuldan diplomalarını alamayıp geçici mezuniyet belgesiyle başvuran öğrencilerin kayıt tarihinden itibaren 90 (doksan) gün içerisinde diplomalarının aslını teslim etmeleri zorunludur. Bu süre içerisinde diplomalarının aslını teslim etmeyen Öğrencilerin kayıtları silinir. Liseyi yurt dışında okumuş T.C. uyruklu öğrencilerden 4 yıl yurt dışında eğitim aldığını gösteren transkript/ not dökümü istenir.
-Denklik Belgesinin Aslı: (Türkiye dışında lise okumuş öğrencilerden istenir) Diploma veya mezuniyet belgesinin Türkiye’de lise eğitimine denk olduğunu gösterir İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlükleri veya Yurt Dışı Eğitim Müşavirlikleri’nden alınmış Denklik Belgesi. Büyükelçilik veya konsolosluklarda işlemleri daha hızlı tamamlayabileceğinizden, Türkiye'ye gelmeden önce Denklik Belgesi almanız tavsiye edilir. Öğrencilerin kayıt tarihinden itibaren 90 (doksan) gün içinde diploma denklik belgelerini teslim etmeleri zorunludur. Bu süre içerisinde diploma denkliğini teslim etmeyen öğrencilerin kayıtları silinir.
-Transkript veya Karne Mezun olduğunuz lisedeki dersleri gösterir Transkript veya Karnenin aslı ve Noter/Çeviri Bürosu onaylı Türkçe tercümesi.
-Pasaportun Aslı ve Fotokopisi (Kayıt sırasında teslim edilecek tüm evraklarda, pasaportta/T.C. Nüfus Cüzdanında /Mavi Kartta yazılı kimlik bilgileri olmalıdır. İsim değişikliği yapıldıysa kesinlikle isim denklik belgelerinin aslı ve fotokopisi de teslim edilmelidir.)
-İkamet Tezkeresi Aslı, Fotokopisi ve YU Numarası Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin İl Göç İdaresi'ne başvurup aldıkları belgedir. Bu belgeye sahip olmayan yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere Göç İdaresi Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından belirlenen tarihe göre süre tanınır.
-Bursluluk Taahhütnamesi Fotokopisi: Bursluluk Taahhütnamesinin imzalı fotokopisi.
-Davet Mektubu / Kabul Mektubu: T.C. Başbakanlık Yurtdışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığı’ndan gönderilen “turkiyeburslari.gov.tr” uzantılı mail çıktısı.
Students Placed within the scope of Türkiye Scholarship for the 2023-2024 Academic Year
The registration of the candidates who are placed in the "Türkiye Scholarship" status in the 2023-2024 academic year will start between 20.08.2023-10.09.2023. The documents required for registration are listed below. The registration of undergraduate students will be held at Mimar Sinan Campus Foreign Relations Office.
Registration will be made with the compulsory documents from the specified documents and registration will not be made if the compulsory documents are missing. If one or more of the non-compulsory documents are missing, conditional registration will be made. Those who are conditionally registered must bring the missing documents within the committed period.
Documents Required from Türkiye Scholarship Students for Registration
-Original and Photocopy of High School Diploma: Your diploma from the school you graduated from. Registration will not be made with a Graduation Certificate. However, in exceptional cases, Students who cannot receive their diplomas from the graduated school and apply with a temporary graduation certificate must submit the original diploma within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration. Students who do not submit the original diplomas within this period will be deregistered. Students with Turkish nationality who have studied high school abroad are required to submit a transcript showing that they have studied abroad for 4 years.
-Original Equivalency Certificate: (Required from students who have completed high school education outside Turkey) Equivalency Certificate obtained from Provincial Directorates of National Education or Education Counselors Abroad showing that the diploma or graduation certificate is equivalent to high school education in Turkey. It is recommended that you obtain an Equivalency Certificate before coming to Turkey, as you can complete the procedures faster at embassies or consulates. Students are required to submit their diploma equivalency certificates within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration. Students who do not submit their diploma equivalency within this period will be deregistered.
-Transcript or Report Card The original transcript or report card showing the high school courses you graduated from, and a Turkish translation certified by a Notary Public/Translation Office.
-Original and Photocopy of Passport (All documents to be submitted during registration must have the identity information written on the passport / TR Identity Card / Blue Card. (If there is a name change, the original and photocopy of the name equivalence documents must also be submitted).
-Residence Permit Original, Photocopy and YU Number This is the document that foreign students apply to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management and receive. Foreign students who do not have this document are given time according to the date determined by the General Directorate of Migration Management.
-Photocopy of the Scholarship Commitment Letter: Signed photocopy of the Scholarship Commitment Letter.
-Letter of Invitation / Letter of Acceptance: The e-mail printout with the extension "turkiyeburslari.gov.tr" sent from the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.
